Based in Alliance, Ohio, we’re working hard to bring you the best organic, made-from-scratch, loving sustenance.
We’re excited to offer our community the same family traditions and respect for eating that inspired us: fresh, wholesome, sustaining.
We were taught that you should feel better after you eat and that food is something to be celebrated. Some recipes, like our galuska dumplings, we learned by watching our grandparents' hands knead raw egg and flour on a kitchen counter, and others, like our fizzy sun tea, we learned purely for the joy of it.
The constant in our food is love and lots of flavor.
Our team’s Friendly Floral Proprietor (FFP), Rosie, pulls from these inspirations. We take the day shift while she whips up new recipes by moonlight. Not too many people have seen her, but she’s pretty sure she exists.
